The Cook's House will be open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The lunch menu will offer salads, soups, sandwiches and a few entrees, ranging from $6 to $11 and dinner entrees running between $15 and $23.

Radish will sell primarily local, organic salads via a large salad bar with 50 to 60 items, as well as two soups a day, two to four desserts, fresh-brewed organic tea and other high-end bottled drinks. Radish provides 15 seats, including a couple of sidewalk tables in the summer, but it is primarily geared for carry out. A couple of basic salads will be available for "grab and go."
